Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit may be issued once the return is approved. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any refund will be sent to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
